Strange that Bill has been an almost ever-present at our Noah's Arc reunions, but he didn't show this year - and I didn't question why.

It was a pleasure always to chat to Bill. RIP old friend.

RIP Bill,
I was your driver in Benghazi and Tripoli when you was my troop sergeant. You was my mentor and I thank you for that. I was your wingman then and considered myself as such. Rest in peace.
Ian Neilson.
