Young England

Post by BobH »

I watched England Under 21s last night (26/3/24) at Wanderers stadium and WOW! What a squad of young players we have. Yes, it was only Luxembourg, but the speed and accuracy of young England's game is outstanding.

It's difficult to name a best player although Madueka received MoM. Result 7-0.

Only sad part was the removal of Trafford, Cole and Lewis shortly before the game to go and sit on the bench in a full England friendly!

If Southgate goes, LEE CARSLEY for promotion for me.

Highlights are worth a watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1RcWCdo9nT0

Heartbreak though for Wales. Bring back Golden Goal?
