MB is for a change not Martin Bentley but Michale Burgess.
Whilst doing some research, also about the JLR, I found out who was the first ever Junior RSM of the JLR RAC.
It was our very own Mick Burgess.
Bearing in mind that the aim of the JLR was to supply future NCO's, Senior NCO's and WO's to the regular army,
I would say he was a pretty good Brat and did rather well !
I wonder if he will dare to post a photo....
