Good Evening to you all
As you may be aware, or not, I have been running a website for the regiment for a considerable amount of time. The website is more historical than anything else and does not have a forum or much else like that as it is not needed with this one up and running.
I have, over a long period of time scanned and uploaded all the Journals released by the regiment throughout its history.
That said, I have also been trying to locate the Journals of the 20th (XHX) Hussars. The XHX released 5 Journals throughout its history and I have managed to locate, scan and upload 1 of them. I actually think these journals are a very important part of the regiments history and I would like to get hold of the remaining 4 and scan and upload those too.
If anyone has any of the Journals not included on my website, or anything else you consider important, could you please contact me. Any costs incurred because of post and insurance I will cover.
If you have not seen the website please pop along to: www.1420KingsHussars.com
Thank you for reading
Paul Baker

Re: 20th Hussars
I was helped by Frank Smith and Phil Baldwin along the way. A great project, good fun but sadly not as much time to do it now. I was closing it, but I was offered free hosting for it if I transfer my Photography website to them to which I may do. Just looking for those 20th Hussar Journals for the full set.

Hi Paul
on searching the NOAR'S ARC site I ame across a link to the 14/20H site which I see you spent a lot of research and time to put it on the web
May I say many congratulations it must have taken you a lot of time and effort well done your Dad would have been proud to see it.
I after all this time did not even know there was one untill I saw you asking for some 20th Hussar magazines which sadly I dont have. You might try Denny Draper as Brian when he was QM collected a lot of history.
Anyway old friend take care stay safe if you are ever in Dorset call in for a cuppa

Re: 20th Hussars
Thanks guys.
I have to say Frank Smith and Phil Baldwin both helped in this journey. It has taken a long time but the search for more information and history goes on when time allows.
Thanks for the tip Mick I will try Denny soon.
