Re: HEC

Hi Arnie and all you other funny bunnies, thanks, no need for concern ;). I am double insured, so to say: I received my 'Spanish Residencia' last year, within weeks of application. The simple trick is: if you don't know what you are doing: employ somebody who does. I used a Spanish solicitor. I also...

Happy Easter Children ! That's a funny bunny, or was it a Hare ? Have a cracking time and enjoy eating the unborn children of those cute little chickens. Don't be cross at me for not going to church, I'm all nailed down on a green hill far away. It's all Covid's fault any way, nothing to be sneezed ...

Re: army cuts

Could this be the long term effects of the cocaine war ?
First get them high then go all soft and full of remorse and wait for the dragon to awake

Good to see you're still clear in the head, best to Brenda.

PS: Did you notice 'hear hear' he's still learning .

Re: what a plonker

Thank f... for that John, when I saw the title I thought you meant me   Beware, there are so many that have been on the gravy train for so long that they don't even realise they are doing it. I should not be surprised if it wasn't the guy who gave him the tip on how to fill in the claim fo...

Re: army cuts

Ok, ok, Tony, in political language 'cuts' refers to money, not people. Money is being spent = no cuts ! Rather a Tory run company than a Labour = trades unions run company, remember the would be King, Arthur Scargil ? I bet the heroes of yesteryear were pretty pissed off when the sling-shot, lance,...

Re: Lockdown.

Pinky, Mick, I simply have to agree, the UK has demonstrated exactly what Brexit was all about. Small independent nations can act decisively at short notice, rather than reacting to things that have gone wrong by the time the 'union of nations' have wasted time and energy repeatedly chasing things a...

Thanks Mick,

Re: Lockdown.

Can't hack the cold any more, right foot freezes below 10 C, I likes my 23 C in the house, even then I have a blanket and sneeze if a breeze comes through :(. Admittedly above 30 C it gets a bit sweaty, but in a sarong under a palm tree I can manage ok if I have something to slurp on. With more than...

Re: Lockdown.

Australia, that's a long way to go for a bit of sunshine. I'll hang around here, in Spain, where the sun comes to us: ca. 3200 hours a year. Ok, ok, we do get the odd week of rain and it can creep down to almost zero at night... sometimes... very rarely. And it gets a bit hot in summer, so we go up ...
